INFORMATION LETTERS

FIRST INFORMATION LETTER

Dear Colleague,

The Steklov Mathematical Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Association for Quantum Probability and Infinite Dimensional Analysis organize the 34th International Conference on Quantum Probability and Related Topics QP34.

The Conference will take place in the Steklov Mathematical Institute, Moscow, Russia, in the period September 16-20,2013. Arriving day September 15, departure day September 21.

Website of Steklov Mathematical Institute: www.mi.ras.ru

The conference continues a traditional series of yearly conferences on quantum probability and related topics. Conference topics include recent developments in quantum probability and quantum dynamics such as quantum Markov processes and semigroups, white noise calculus, quantum stochastic calculus, stochastic limit and applications to physics, quantum information theory, quantum control, Levy Laplacians and associated processes, free probability, independences, Hilbert modules, non-commutative geometry, interacting Fock spaces, infinite dimensional Lie algebras, infinite dimensional analysis, quantum field theory, quantum optics, and other related subjects.

Selected papers will be published after the conference in the QP-PQ book series.

The working language of the conference will be English and, consequently, all oral presentations and written materials have to be given in English.

You are kindly invited to participate in QP34.

Second information letter will be distributed soon.

THIRD INFORMATION LETTER

Dear Colleague,

This is the third information letter for the 34th Quantum Probability Conference. Thank you for your interest in the conference.

Preliminary Program is available here. Abstracts of the talks will appear soon.

How to get from the airport to Steklov Institute (address of the Institute: Gubkina street, 8. in Russian "Ulitsa Gubkina, dom vosem'").

Simplest option is to take a taxi (about 1600 Russian rubles that is approximately 40 EUR) directly to the Institute. One of taxi companies with English speaking drivers is www.angel-taxi.com. You can find other companies in the internet. We suggest to call the driver before your departure and ask the driver to meet you in the airport with a tablet. The number of English speaking drivers is limited and they may not be available without prior reservation.

Another option is to go by public transportation. You can take a high-speed Aeroexpress train (about 400 rubles) going to the city center. Aeroexpress connects all international airports in Moscow with the subway stations: "Belorusskaja" for the Sheremetyevo airport, "Paveletskaja" for the Domodedovo airport, and "Kievskaja" for the Vnukovo airport. Timetable of Aeroexpress is available at here.

From the city center you can (a) order a taxi for a price of about 600 rubles or (b) use subway to go to subway station Akademicheskaya, where it is about 15 minute walk to Steklov Institute or (c) go to subway station "Leninsky prospect", take tramway 14 or 39 to station "ulitsa Gubkina" (in the southbound direction), where you will see the Institute to the left (9-floor building of pink color).

During the weekend, only one entrance will be opened in the fence around the Steklov Institute. Once you arrived to the Institute, you need to go to the main entrance in the building and tell your name to the security. They will follow you to your room.

Useful maps are available here: here.

With best regards and looking forward to see you in Moscow,
The Organizers
